Elle Fanning will be turning 14 soon, and we have a special project planned for her!

The theme of this year's birthday project is Paris, France. In the summer of 2011, Elle took her very first trip to Paris. It was a dream come true and she's already planning her next trip! So, for her birthday, we will be collecting:
